The TV Land sitcom returns with new episodes W(ed., June 15, 10PM ET on TV Land) just in time to heat up the summer. But what's going to happen?
"Let me put it this way," Bertinelli told AOL TV. "Wednesday night: Amish bar. That's what I can tell you. Insane! It's like, 'What the heck are we doing in an Amish bar!?'"
Malick described the upcoming episodes as "pretty wild."
"They put our characters in some very hilarious and unusual situations," the 'Just Shoot Me' alum said. "I think the writers have really outdone themselves this season."
The show -- about three Los Angeles women who move to Cleveland and live with a snarky housekeeper (White) -- has already welcomed plenty of big-name guest stars, from Mary Tyler Moore to Sherri Shepherd. However, that doesn't mean Malick and Bertinelli don't have a wish list they're hoping to cross some names off of.
"I want Tim Curry to come and do something. He would be fabulous," Malick said. "I want my crew from 'Just Shoot Me' and as soon as they're free, I'm hoping they'll come play."
On the other hand, Bertinelli has her eyes set on a music legend.
"Listen, I would love to do something with Elton John because I just adore him," she said. "I don't know how we'd ever get him on our show. I want him to croon to me, I've always wanted him to croon to me. At my wedding six months ago, we danced to 'Your Song' ... my first dance."
Bertinelli even has a plausible scenario worked out for a visit from Sir Elton.
"He could be [in Cleveland] performing and Melanie goes and somehow ruins the show for Elton," Bertinelli said, "something crazy has to ensue!"
