One of the busiest men in show business, Neil Patrick Harris, celebrates his 38th birthday today. Harris is currently starring in the future-classic How I Met Your Mother, as well as the web series Dr Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, though to members of the TV Generation he may always be remembered as Doogie Howser, M.D. In April of 2009, Harris hosted the TV Land Awardswhich was followed by him hosting both the 2009 Tony and Emmy Awards broadcasts.
