TV Guide reports Bell's character, Christine, will be back and reliving some drama.
Back in the early 2000s Eva Longoria's character, Isabella, made Christine's life quite difficult. Isabella had a child with Christine's husband, Paul, and now that son, Ricky Williams (Peter Porte), has been aged -- the magic of soaps! -- and is returning to Genoa City to investigate some mysteries. That's where Christine comes in.

'All My Children' star Melissa Claire Egan is also heading to 'The Young and the Restless.' Egan will play Chelsea, a mysterious woman who is connected to Billy's arrest in Myanmar. [EW]
The Online Network has struck a deal with Universal Music Group. The partnership will bring the sounds of UMG's artists to 'All My Children' and 'One Life to Live' when they air online. "As we continue to develop programming for our online network, we are taking every facet of production into consideration to create a premium product for our viewers," Prospect Park said in a statement.
