Like NBC is doing with 'Prime Suspect,' CW is putting the new Sarah Michelle Gellar drama on multiple times next week. That's a whole lot of SMG.
On Tues., Oct. 25 The CW will air 'She's Ruining Everything' and 'If You Ever Want a French Lesson.' Then, on Mon., Oct. 31, 'A Whole New Kind of Bitch' and 'The Poor Kids Do It Everyday' will air.
The 'Ringer' reruns replace previously announced repeat episodes of 'Gossip Girl,' 'Hart of Dixie' and '90210.' These repeat airings are in addition to the already scheduled Wednesdays at 8PM episodes that air in place of 'H8R.'
The premiere episode of 'Ringer,' Gellar's return to TV, brought in 2.7 million viewers, and 1.2 million in the 18-49 demographic. Not a bad start for CW standards, but the show has dropped viewers as the weeks have gone by. One episode went down to a 0.6 rating in the key demographic. However, The CW gave the series a full season order.
