Even two months later, Matthew Fox still looks a little stunned by his DUI arrest.

According to TMZ, the camera at Deschutes County Jail in Bend, Ore., was broken at the time of Fox's booking on May 4, forcing the Lostalum to return last Friday to pose for the mug shot.

Fox was arrested after failing to drive within a lane or use a signal. He has since pleaded no contest and is required to complete a court-mandated drug and alcohol treatment program. He also can't drink alcohol for one year.
