Buoyed by The Voice, NBC averaged a 3.3 in the all-important adults 18-to-49 demographic vs. CBS' 3.1. The Voice (10.4 million, 3.9), however, continued its month-long fall, hitting a season low in the demo. Smash was flat with 6 million viewers and a 2.1 demo rating.

Dancing: Who's the new leader?

After a three-week break, CBS returned with all originals, but saw series lows for 2 Broke Girls (8.7 million, 3.4) and Two and a Half Men (10.4, million, 3.5), and a season low for How I Met Your Mother (8 million, 3.4). Mike & Molly (9.5 million, 3.2) and Hawaii Five-0 (10.2 million, 2.6) both rose a tenth.

Dancing with the Stars held steady with 16.1 million viewers and a 2.9, retaining its crown as the most-watched show of the night.
