After that extended cameo, Clarkson told AOL TV, many viewers expected her to become permanent part of the cast. Sadly, that's not true.
"It's funny, I think people think I'm going to be a regular on the show," Clarkson said. "I'm not. That's really it."
Is it really, Patricia?
"I might come back at the very end or something, I'm not sure." The end of the series or the end of the season? "Of the season," she said. "Maybe."
"That was it, Tammy 1 was there and that was all." But just how did Clarkson decide to take that scene-stealing part? Turns out she's friends with Ron Swanson himself, Nick Offerman, and his wife, Megan Mullally.
"I got a message from Nick. And then a message from Megan, and then another message from Nick. And then another message from Megan," Clarkson said with a laugh. "[The 'Parks & Recreation' cast is] an incredible group of actors and they happen to be brilliant comedians and comics. They're really stunning. I've never seen so much talent in one room in my life. It's quite intimidating. It was so glorious to be a part of that."
