Obama, Romney Will Take Questions From Undecided Voters in Second Debate

President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney will meet in the second of three debates Tuesday evening at Hofstra University on Long Island, N.Y., with Obama looking to even the score after the general consensus from both parties was that Romney won the first debate.

The debate, which will be moderated by CNN's Candy Crowley, will be a town hall format, meaning the candidates will answer questions from undecided local voters, who were chosen by the Gallup Organization, on foreign and domestic policy. Crowley is the first female presidential debate moderator in 20 years.

The 90-minute debate is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on all the major networks, as well as several cable channels. The prime-time shows that are being pre-empted are NCIS: Los Angeles and Vegason CBS; New Girl and The Mindy Project on Fox; Go On, The New Normal and Parenthoodon NBC; and Private Practice on ABC.
