He may not have gotten the job as David Letterman's replacement, but Louis C.K. has been tapped for another big late-night gig: Saturday Night Live.

The star-creator-writer-producer-director (we could go on and on) of FX's critically acclaimed Louiewill host on Nov. 3. "We Are Young" band fun. will serve as the musical guest.

Louieon hiatus until 2014

Louis C.K., who took home two Emmys last month, recently announced his show would not be coming back until early 2014.
