In this clip from Wednesday's episode of 'Toddlers & Tiaras,' things heat up between sisters Kylie and Karley during the Miss Sugarplum Fairy pageant in Georgia.

The girls are pageant vets, but have never competed against each other -- until now. What happens if one girl is crowned grand supreme and another walks away with nothing? Things won't be too cheerful around the family dinner table, that's for sure.
