It's going to be weird to see "Boston Rob" Mariano without his trademark Boston Red Sox cap. And, well, with his shirt on. But here we have it.
Starting later this year, History Channel will premiere 'Around the World in 80 Ways,' a show hosted by 'Survivor' winner and 'Amazing Race' star Boston Rob, along with Dennis Anderson, the creator and driver of monster truck Gravedigger.
The 10-part series features the two trouble-making guys circumnavigating the globe, using 80 different modes of travel without repeating any one vehicle.
A dune buggy? Check. A canoe? Check. An ostrich? Uh, check.
They'll even use fighter jets and blimps, and are often forced to build their own vehicles as well. Sometimes they'll work together, other times it'll be a race to the finish. With two hosts so well known for their competitive personalities (neither is above getting creative or aggressive for a victory), anything goes on this extreme expedition.
Check out our two exclusive first look photos here for a preview of what kind of wild ride we're in for.
