Billy wasn't always on our radar -- to be quite honest, a show about an exterminator seemed like one of those aforementioned throw-away shows, even though the exterminator in question has long hair and rock star style. But Billy's sense of humor in the face of some really ugly challenges makes him a surprise reality TV favorite.
