Charlie Sheen may have failed to submit himself for an Emmy, but that might not stop him from making an appearance at the awards show.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Sheen is expected to present an award during the Emmys telecast airing on Sun., Sept. 18 on Fox. Sheen is the subject of a 'Comedy Central Roast' on Mon., Sept. 19, making an Emmy appearance would be a strong publicity move.
The actor was fired from 'Two and a Half Men' earlier in 2011 and failed to submit himself for an award. He's been previously nominated for the show twice.
Sheen's press blitz to promote his 'Roast' and new sitcom, 'Anger Management,' has included appearances on NBC's 'Today,' 'The Wendy Williams Show' and 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.'
