Enter our handy-dandy mathematical equations for this week's new summer shows!

OK, you're probably thinking that math and TV don't mix, but you're sorely mistaken. One show you love (+) another show you love (+) actors you adore = awesome. A show you kind of like (-) the parts you like = pass. Simple as that.
Here, we've done the math on five new shows premiering this week -- 'Combat Hospital,' 'Commercial Kings,' 'Expedition Impossible,' 'Suits' and '101 Ways to Leave a Game Show' -- so put away your calculator and set your DVRs ... or not.
'Fear Factor' (+) 'Who Wants to be a Millionare' (+) Jackass (+) Dr. Evil's Conference Room = '101 Ways to Leave a Game Show'
Contestants compete to answer multiple-choice questions: the winner takes $50,000 while the losers are ejected from the show in action-packed, death-defying fashion.
'101 Ways' premieres Tues., June 21, 9PM ET on ABC
'Army Wives' (+) 'Grey's Anatomy' (+) 'MASH' (-) lovable characters = 'Combat Hospital'
'Combat Hospital' is certainly trying to capitalize on the combined success of medical and war dramas, but it all adds up to too much melodrama for one hour of TV.
'Combat Hospital' premieres Tues., June 21, 10PM ET on ABC
'The Amazing Race' (+) 'Survivor' (x) more 'TAR' = 'Expedition Impossible'
'Expedition Impossible' borrows so heavily from 'TAR' -- from the catchphrases to the casting -- that if it weren't for the absence of Phil Keoghan, you could be forgiven for confusing the two.
'Expedition Impossible' premieres Thu., June 23 at 9PM ET on ABC

'White Collar' (–) Matt Bomer (+) 'Boston Legal' = 'Suits'
Take the styling threads of 'White Collar,' subtract Matt Bomer (sigh) and add the inevitable legal camp of 'Boston Legal,' and there you have USA Networks 'Suits.''Suits' premieres Thu., June 23, 10PM ET on USA
'Tosh 2.0' (+) 'World of Jenks' (-) 'Portlandia' = 'Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings'
Two Youtube auteurs travel the nation helping local businesses make their own commercials, and thankfully Rhett and Link don't bring a ton of hipster baggage with them on their cross-country trip. Yet how many local car-wash and dog-taxi commercials do we really want to watch?
Premieres Fri., June 24, 10PM ET on IFC
