Apparently, Brian Van Holt has the "ex" act down!

The Cougar Town star, who plays Jules' first husband on the wine-soaked TBS sitcom, will portray the ex-husband of Finlay (Elisabeth Shue) on CSI, CBS announced Monday.

Van Holt will appear in the eighth episode of the procedural. "Finn" revealed she had been married — and divorced — twice when she took a polygraph test last season.

Van Holt's Bobby Cobb and the rest of the Cul-De-Sac Crew will return for Season 4 of Cougar Town early next year. CSIairs Wednesdays at 10/9c on CBS.
