Another familiar face from DC Comics is coming to The CW's new super series Arrow.

Firefly, originally a Batman villain, will be played by Andrew Dunbar this season, TVGuide.com has confirmed.  Entertainment Weeklyfirst reported the news.

On Arrow, a firefighter named Garfield Lynns is horribly burned on the job and hasn't recovered physically nor emotionally, which prompts him to transform into the villain Firefly. Like other DC characters who will be appearing this season — including The Huntress, the Royal Flush Gang and Deathstroke — Firefly will be more realistically grounded than the original comic-book character.

Dunbar will appear in at least Episode 10 of the new series, which airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
