Joe Roth, the producer behind FX's upcoming Charlie Sheen comedy Anger Management, is being sued for $50 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jason Shuman filed a lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that he worked with Roth for two years on the project before ultimately being forced out when Sheen came on board.

Shuman, who is suing Roth for breach of contract, fraud and declaratory relief, claims he developed the series "under the false promise of receiving significant backend ownership in, and producer credit and fees on, the show," according to the suit. But the suit claims Roth's company has "refused to honor its written producer agreement."
Shuman and his company, Blue Star Entertainment, believe they are owed $50 million in lost compensation.
