Aisha Tyler 'The Talk' has had its fair share of changes and casting shake-ups in the year it's been on CBS -- first Marissa Jaret Winokur left, then Sharon Osbourne announced she needed some time off this fall and, most recently, Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete were given the boot.

Now Deadline is reporting that actress-comedian Aisha Tyler has been tapped to co-host 'The Talk.' Tyler will join Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and another new co-host Sheryl Underwood at the 'Talk' table starting tomorrow.

Tyler guest hosted on 'The Talk' for a week at the end of September alongside fellow newbie Underwood. Other celebrities stopped by to fill the chairs, including Kris Jenner and Molly Shannon, but obviously producers liked the chemistry with Tyler and Underwood enough to offer them full-time seats on the show.

Tyler's no newbie when it comes to hosting though -- in any format. She was one of the original hosts of E!'s 'The Soup' (back when it was called 'Talk Soup' in 2001-02), and she also guest-hosted CBS' 'Late Late Show' while they searched for a replacement for former host Craig Kilborn, a job that eventually went to host Craig Ferguson.

Tyler currently voices Agent Lana Kane on FX's animated comedy 'Archer' and hosts 'Girl on Guy,' a podcast talk show that's "about stuff guys love, brought to you by the ultimate guy's girl."

What do you say: Do you think the new lineup of ladies will work?
