When Jen Aniston entered the set of 'After Lately' (premieres Sun., Nov. 27 at 11PM ET on E!) to shoot her scenes, the first thing that I noticed was her T-shirt. It was the classic Jen Aniston T-shirt she is famous for (with the heart-shaped neckline and cap sleeves), and that is exactly what came out of my mouth: "Jen, you're wearing the Jen Aniston T-shirt you're famous for." And she responded with, "What, that's weird." It was weird (and weird for me to say out loud), but look up paparazzi photos of Jen running errands throughout the last 15 years and she's consistently wearing that style of T-shirt, with her perfect, cute real boobs in a non-padded bra. In fact, that night I told my husband about her cute boobs, and my 5-year-old son looked up from his iPad and asked, "Boobs can be cute?" "When they're Jennifer Aniston's they can be," I answered.
I impersonate Jen Aniston, so I loved sitting across from her and studying the way she tilts her head and sweeps her hair out of her eye with her forefinger, as well as her laugh and the way she scrunches her nose when she is mid-thought. At the end of the day, Jen (or "The Jenster," as I like to call her in the privacy of my own brain) reached out to hug me and I felt her core; all those years of practicing yoga on the beaches of Cabo really paid off. It is everything you'd think it would be: flat, firm, and tight. I wish she could say the same thing about mine.
It was also great to have Reese [Witherspoon] come back for another episode. Instead of eating the catered lunch prepared for the cast and crew, Chelsea had her assistant bring Katsuya (a high-end sushi place near our office) -- I heard it being delivered into the green room while I was getting my makeup done. Then I heard Chelsea say, "Sarah, come in here; Reese and I are having sushi." Shoot. Sarah gets to bond over edamame and spicy tuna rolls and I'm not invited. It should be me! I have more in common with Reese than single Sarah: we're both moms and our kids are similar ages, plus I watched her get deflowered by Marky Mark during that rollercoaster scene in "Fear" 17 times.
So I did what any normal person would do in that situation -- I hung around the door until Reese's makeup artist came out to use the bathroom, and then coughed loudly enough for Chelsea to look up and notice me passing by. When she did, I jokingly said, "Oh, I was just passing by... what are you crazy blondes up to?" Chelsea invited me into the room and, even though I had already had two plates of meatloaf and mashed potatoes with the cameramen, I still managed to shove some albacore down my throat and be part of the very juicy conversation -- conversation that is reserved for a story I plan on selling to the National Enquirer if (or when) Chelsea fires me.
